Hopasaurus Rex Imperial IPA

100 IBU/9.5 ABV

Two American malts come together in this Imperial IPA as several hop varieties vie for dominance throughout the aroma and flavor. This ale is not simply hopped, nor simply hoppy. It is heavily dosed with a complex contrivance of hops over the course of two weeks and allowed to condition until it deemed worthy of consumption by those who enjoy an intensely bitter, yet well-balanced brew.

Twisted Meniscus IPA

63 IBU/6.9 ABV

A bronze tinted, unfiltered Northwest IPA. This beer is brewed with several varieties of malted barley and hops producing a decidedly hop forward India Pale Ale while not being shy about its toasted malt profile. Our take on this style interweaves German caramalt, American toasted malt, and more than a handful of Northwest hop varieties imparting floral, citrus, and stone fruit aromas.

Raging Rhino Red Ale

35 IBU/5.4 ABV

This classic red ale is brewed with crystal malts, toasted malts, and roasted malts to giving it caramel flavor, a smooth mouth-feel, and ruby highlights. Willamette hops tie everything together making this a very sessionable brew.

Bombay Bomber pale Ale

50 IBU/6.2 ABV

APA: American-style pale ale. Brewed with all Northwest hops and plenty of Munich malt and two-row barley. This deep gold-hued ale is given a heavy handed Mt. Hood hop addition in the kettle giving it a powerful hop flavor and is dry-hopped after fermentation.

Steelhead Root Beer

Our house-made original spicy draft root beer is extra herbal and not for the faint of heart. The bottled variety is brewed using pure vanilla, honey and real cane sugar. Steelhead Root Beer is made in small batches, helping it to develop flavors unattainable any other way.

St. Bernard Brown

36 IBU/6.5% ABV

Rich mahogany in color, this northwest brown ale has a caramel-like nose and aromas reminiscent of pit fruit. Medium in body, this ale is balanced seamlessly between the malt dominant origins of brown ale styles and the hop-forward concentration of northwest beers.
